Harrods at night
Last week, we escaped the winter gray of London for blue skies and sunshine in Cancun. We spent time at the beach, hung out with friends, and I did ZERO writing. But, on the long flights to and from Europe, I finally caught up on photography editing. This is a seriously amazing thing for me --- I haven't been caught up on culling, post-processing, and editing since we first left the United States back in 2009. So, I was looking through our London pictures and I realized again that, despite the gloom and gray, London is a gorgeous city.
And, Harrods, that legendary department store is a wonderland of creativity, beauty, and commercialism. If I lived in London, I would come here every month to take pictures of the gorgeous and intricate window displays.
